Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent-CoreX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent-CoreX provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) tool routing and management platform for AI agents. The Service includes a CLI tool, an API, a web dashboard, and an MCP server marketplace.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person — bulk or automated account creation is not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
  • Share your API key or account credentials
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage quotas
  • Use the Service to build a competing product without written permission

5. Billing and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are offered within 7 days of purchase if the Service is not functioning as described
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Open Source Component

The agent-corex CLI and core library are open-source under the MIT License. These Terms apply to the hosted Enterprise service only, not to the open-source components.

7. Availability and SLA

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. The free plan has no SLA.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent-CoreX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 3 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
