1. Information We Collect
When you create an account or use Agent-CoreX, we collect:
- Email address and name (via sign-up or OAuth)
- Usage data (API calls, tool queries, timestamps)
- Billing information (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details)
- OAuth tokens from Google or GitHub (used only for authentication)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Agent-CoreX service
- To authenticate you and manage your account
- To process payments and send billing receipts
- To send product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To diagnose issues and monitor service health
3. Data Storage
Your account data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Usage data is stored in our backend database. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Render — hosting
- GitHub / Google — OAuth sign-in (optional)
5. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
